I help people understand that health and wellness are two separate but equally important aspects of our lives. In order to thrive, I believe we must learn to balance these aspects. Doing so keeps us closer to the healthy and well sides of the spectrum.
I help my clients gain an understanding of their physical health state. Together we make a plan that moves them to their desired health outcomes, be it health improvement, maintenance, or prevention. In addition, I work with clients seeking support in areas of personal wellness. Wellness coaching helps people seeking to change behaviors, lifestyle practices, purpose-driven self-exploration, and goal setting and action planning.
