I work with women in midlife and beyond. Why? Because we’re “complicated.” We tend to have emotional and physical backstories. We’re spinning plates. We’ve generally relegated ourselves to the bottom of our “to-do” lists. Most of all, we are continually dismissed by 20-something trainers at the gym, our PCPs, we fall victim to all the quick-fix diets, and we feel jerked around by health media. We’re savvy and we’re smart in so many areas of our lives, but we’re confused about what we “should” be doing to improve our health.
I’ll work with you 1:1 to make lifelong changes that will help you feel better every day. My style combines multiple techniques to help you reach your goals. There are no food plans, potions, or pills. Instead, we look within, strategize together, and move forward with real-world, practical steps that take into account your individual needs and circumstances, goals, and desires.
