Hi, I'm Kristine. It breaks my heart when I see people going on diet after diet, obsessing about food and their body, depriving themselves, being unhappy, only to lose some weight and then gain it back again. As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Nutrition Coach, & Fitness Trainer, I help my clients create a healthy relationship to food and their body so that being healthy and choosing the right foods and workouts becomes second nature.
How did this become my life? Oddly enough, I wasn't always the healthiest. I struggled with food and body issues for most of my life. It wasn’t until I learned how to master my nutrition that I realized that I can eat anywhere and anything stress-free and still lose weight and maintain my results. I want to show you how you can do the same thing!
