I know what it's like to struggle with food, but I also know what it's like to overcome this struggle.
I use a whole body approach - body, mind, and spirit. I believe that all systems are connected and affect each other. I believe in the innate wisdom of the body if we would only stop and listen. I believe that healing with food takes place from the inside out.
I help you explore your vision (what you want for your future), values (whats important to you), strengths (internal resources that you can draw on to get what you want), and uncover your saboteurs (the negative thought habits and patterns that live deep in your unconscious and derail your performance and happiness).
I agree with Albert Einstein's quote - "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." I help you uncover your old story that no longer serves you (old belief systems) and help you write a new one.
