I’ve been a health and wellness coach for 15 years and a registered dietitian nutritionist for 30. I’m also a PhD psychologist and Mindful Self-compassion. I help clients reduce stress and anxiety, make lasting lifestyle changes, find work-life balance and increase happiness, wellbeing, resilience, self-care, self-kindness and self-love.

Nutrition science can be confusing, so I’m also available to answer your questions and provide clarity. I also love food, cooking and helping clients make quick, simple healthy meals. As a former master personal fitness trainer, I can also help you start, reenergize or maintain an individualized fitness program.
I believe coaching is an ongoing relationship that helps clients produce extraordinary results with their lives, careers, relationships, and health in a short period of time. As I coach, I hold up both a mirror and a flashlight to help clients see who they are now, where they want to go, and who they want to be.
