My approach to helping you learn to better manage your anxiety and feel more fulfilled is grounded in psychology and boosted by practical applied mindfulness.
In working together, you will better understand how your past has impacted you and brought you to where you are today. More self-understanding paves the way for self-compassion, a key element in creating lasting change.
We will find where and how you are stuck in patterns that no longer feel useful, like overthinking or people-pleasing, and step-by-step, with my accountability and support, you will practice doing things differently, in ways that are more in line with your values and who you want to be.
You will learn how to use mindfulness to feel more connected to the present moment, so you can feel more in control and aware in all that you do.
My approach is perfect if you want to get out of your head (and out of your own way!), build your confidence, better understand and tend to your emotions with kindness, and if you're ready to finally get out of the rut you're in.
All of my work is trauma-informed, as I am a survivor myself, and I take great care in making sure my clients feel safe. We will go at your pace, setting micro-goals each week to help you see progress because change happens with small, consistent steps over time.
When we finish working together, you will feel much more grounded, clear-minded, and resilient because you've learned how to truly love yourself and live the life you deserve.
